Paperport is a fantastic app that can make it much easier for you to organize files on your computer. You can use this app to visually organize all types of files, and it comes with numerous organizational methods, making it easy for you to find a program that works for you.

To be clear, this is a professional-grade program. With this program, you scan paper documents. From there, you can organize them into folders or visually. You can customize these files extensively, putting them into big thumbnails and making them easy to search and find. You can also organize these documents into folders, stacks, or piles, thus creating a system that works best for you. The program comes with a "ribbon" interface, not unlike that of Microsoft Office programs. This not only makes it easy to use but easy to learn.

After a document has been scanned and entered into your computer network, PaperPort will further scan the document and make it searchable. This means that you will be able to find documents by the text encoded within, something that is not always the easiest for organizational files to do.

There are numerous versions of this program available, including for a personal computer, business, or network. However, this program is not cheap! The least expensive version will cost you $99, and the company has to provide you a quote for your network. Of course, something this good shouldn't be expected to be inexpensive.
